Shipping policy

We currently ship orders throughout the UK.

All orders are posted out via Royal Mail Tracked.

Processing times: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days. 

Delivery: Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery upgrade available at checkout. Delivery upgrade is not the processing time upgrade.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.

It is then the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. 

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
